Duties Responsibilities Partner Relationship Management : Develop and maintain long-term relationships with company-approved partners to ensure a reliable and high-quality supply chain. Partner Evaluation Negotiation : Meet with partners to evaluate their services, negotiate pricing based on predefined structures, and address service-related concerns to optimize performance. Partner Registration Assistance : Facilitate partner registration with Hexanet by ensuring all necessary Partner Registration Documents are submitted and approved. Rate Card Compliance Coordination : Provide partners with the Management Approved Rate Card and ensure that all work assigned aligns strictly with the approved rates, with no deviations. Purchase Order Management : Purchase Orders are released to partners prior to them beginning work, ensuring financial and operational transparency. Training Compliance: Train partners on correct invoice submission processes to ensure adherence to company financial rules and avoid delays in payments. Also, facilitate Technical Training to Vendors if required. Activity Tracking Reporting : Keep a detailed partner activity tracker and reports, and share with the Head Office for monitoring and performance evaluation. Program Assessment Improvement: Continuously assess existing partner management programs and suggest improvements for increasing efficiency and partner satisfaction. Qualifications and Education Requirements : Any Degree with min. 6 years of Experience. Knowledge in procurement and vendor management within the telecom industry Preferred Skills Good communication and interpersonal skills for maintaining strong relationships. Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Kannada/Tamil is essential. Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners. Willingness to travel.
