About BluPack:


Role Overview:

As a Partner Channel Manager at BluPack, you will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing partnerships with doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, senior living facilities, care networks, and corporate HR teams to drive adoption of BluPack’s services.


You will be the bridge between BluPack and the partners. Your responsibilities will include presenting BluPack's value proposition, negotiating partnership agreements, facilitating user registrations, and providing guidance to users (e.g. elderly patients) on downloading and using our mobile app or website. Effective communication is essential, and knowledge of medicines and pharmacy operations will be a valuable asset.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Partnership Development:

  • Identify, approach, and establish partnerships.
  • Conduct presentations to showcase BluPack's benefits and advantages.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements to ensure mutually beneficial terms.


  • User Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Actively engage with partners to facilitate user registrations and onboarding.
  • Provide support and guidance to elderly patients in downloading and using the BluPack mobile app or website.


  • Relationship Management:

  • Maintain ongoing relationships with partners, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Serve as a liaison between BluPack and partners, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.


  • Local Language Communication:

  • Effectively communicate in the local language of the region to build rapport and trust with partners and users.


  • KPI Achievement:

  • Be accountable for recruiting new users and ensuring their retention.
  • Maintaining a health relationship with all partner accounts.


Qualifications:

•      High level of empathy and emotional intelligence.

•      Excellent communication and presentation skills.

•      Negotiation skills and the ability to build strong partnerships.

•      Proficiency in the local language(s) of the region.

•      Knowledge of medicines and pharmacy operations (preferred).

•      Strong commitment to improving the well-being of elderly individuals.

•      Proactive and self-motivated.

•      Willingness to travel as needed for partnership activities.

•      Experience of at least five years in managing partnerships and delivering key KPIs successfully.
