Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Partner located in the Cuttack district. The Partner will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing financial strategies, offering personalized financial solutions, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include market analysis, conducting financial planning sessions, and maintaining compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in financial planning and developing financial strategies
• Experience in sales and achieving sales targets
• Ability to conduct market analysis and offer personalized financial solutions
• Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Previous experience in the financial services industry is a plus
