1. Part-Time Customer Service (Chat & Email)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through chat and email in a professional and friendly manner
• Assist customers with order status, delivery queries, returns, payments, and product information
• Ensure timely responses and maintain quality standards
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Document customer interactions accurately
• Coordinate with internal teams for quick issue resolution
• Follow company guidelines, processes, and compliance standards
  

Eligibility Criteria

• Undergraduates & Graduates can apply for both roles
• Freshers & Experienced candidates welcome
• Strong communication skills (Excellent communication required for full-time)
• Basic computer & typing skills
• Knowledge of E-commerce preferred for full-time roles
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-focused and responsible attitude
  

Salary Structure-

Part-Time:

• CTC: 13,500
• In-hand: 10,800
  

Shift Timings-

• Shift 1: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Shift 2: 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• 6 days working
  

Transportation:

• One-way cab facility available during odd hours
