Overview

Vignana Jyothi Junior College (VJJC) is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Parent Relationship Officer to enhance our outreach efforts and boost admissions for the upcoming academic year. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for education, and a proven track record in engaging with students and parents. This role is critical in driving admissions.

Key Responsibilities

Outreach Activities:

• Develop and implement strategic outreach programs targeting 10th-grade students and their parents.
• Collaborate with local schools to arrange informational sessions and campus tours.

Relationship Building:

• Establish and maintain relationships with students, parents, educators, and community leaders.
• Act as a liaison between the college and potential students, addressing inquiries and providing information about programs, admissions, and campus life.

Data Management:

• Maintain a database of potential leads and track interactions to ensure timely follow-ups.
• Analyze outreach efforts and provide regular reports on engagement and conversion.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or admissions within the education sector, especially in the Junior College segment.
• Proven track record of successful outreach initiatives and student recruitment with Junior Colleges.

Skills:

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
