Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Parent Interaction & Communication

  • Serve as a liaison between parents and school management.
  • Respond to parent inquiries via phone, email, or in-person meetings in a professional and timely manner.
  • Schedule and coordinate parent-teacher meetings (PTMs) and feedback sessions.
  • Handle and resolve parent concerns, complaints, or grievances efficiently.
  • Provide information regarding school policies, curriculum, academic performance, and student behavior.

2. Admissions & Onboarding Support

  • Assist the admissions team in guiding parents through the enrollment process.
  • Conduct campus tours for prospective parents and explain the academic and extracurricular programs.
  • Support onboarding of new parents and ensure a smooth transition into the school environment.

3. Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Maintain a parent communication log and update CRM systems if applicable.
  • Organize parent engagement activities, workshops, orientation programs, and community-building initiatives.
  • Build long-term relationships with parents to support student retention and satisfaction.

4. Collaboration & Coordination

  • Coordinate with teachers, academic coordinators, and school administration to address parent queries and feedback.
  • Provide reports on parent feedback and suggest improvements for service quality.
  • Support event management teams during school functions involving parent participation.

  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Empathy and a customer-centric approach.
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline (Education, Communication, or Public Relations preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, front desk, or parent-facing roles in the education sector.
  • Prior experience in a school or educational institution is an added advantage.
