JOB

Key

• Lead Collection on Field: Gather parent contact information through field visits to identify potential leads.
• Prospect Engagement: Reach out to collected leads through calling, engaging parents in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and expectations and scheduling counselling session for admission of their kid.
• Provide On-Site Counseling: Conduct counselling sessions for the parents, explain the schools curriculum and facilities, give tours, and convert them for admission of their kid.
• Consistent Follow-Up: Regularly follow up with interested parents to nurture engagement and maintain interest in the school’s offerings.
• Daily Reporting: Maintain accurate records of interactions, admissions status, and daily activities, updating the system as required.
• Admission Target Achievement: Work diligently to meet and exceed monthly admission targets set by the organization.
•  Doing events, working near parks, apartments, stores, supermarkets etc.

Preferred

• Qualification: Any degree
• Excellent communication skills
• Record of meeting and exceeding sales quota/target in previous sales stints
• Extremely proactive and flexible in approach
• Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude

• Work Mode:

  Onsite (Work from School Branch).

• Working Days:

  6 days per week (with 1 rotational day off).

• Compensation:

  2.1 LPA +Travel Allowance+ admission based incentives
