Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Outreach:
Identify and engage potential parents through calls, walk-ins, events, and digital leads.
Counselling & Conversions:
Understand parents needs, provide detailed information about programs/courses, and guide them through the admission/enrolment process.
Relationship Management:
Maintain strong communication and positive relationships with parents to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Follow-ups:
Conduct timely follow-ups with prospective and existing parents to ensure smooth communication and conversion.
Coordination:
Collaborate with internal teams (academics, operations, and marketing) to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Feedback Collection:
Gather feedback from parents to improve processes and address queries or concerns proactively.
Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in CRM or Excel sheets; share regular performance reports with the management.
Targets & Performance:
Achieve monthly enrolment or revenue targets as defined by the organization.
Event Participation:
Represent the organization in school events, parent orientations, and marketing drives when required.

Preferred candidate profile:

Education:
Graduate in any discipline
Experience:
03 years of experience in sales, counselling, or parent relationship roles is preffered
Language Proficiency:
Fluency in English and local language

Personality:
Smart, approachable, and target-driven individual with a strong sense of responsibility
Availability:
Should be comfortable working on weekends or during admission seasons (with weekly off on weekdays)
