Parent Relationship Executive


Key Responsibilities


Parent Relationship Management

  • Welcome and guide parents at the front office
  • Handle parent queries via walk-ins, calls, emails, and website
  • Maintain CRM records and ensure timely follow-up
  • Resolve concerns and escalate as needed for parent satisfaction
  • Explain school systems, offerings, and post-school activities

Sales & Marketing

  • Manage and convert leads from various channels
  • Support outreach activities society/mall events, tie-ups, etc.
  • Conduct engaging school tours and represent the VIBGYOR brand
  • Help achieve monthly/annual admission targets

Administration

  • Maintain MIS and Lead Management entries
  • Assist in audit preparation and daily planning
  • Ensure upkeep of the discovery room and marketing materials

Candidate Profile


  • Experience:

    at least 1.5+ years in front office, customer service, sales, or education industry

  • Key Skills:

    • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
    • CRM handling & admissions process knowledge
    • Confident, presentable, and organized
