Job Description

Position Summary

The Brand Manager is responsible for developing, maintaining, and enforcing the PerkinElmers brand guidelines, overseeing the external design platform, and optimizing the use and performance of all digital brand assets and self-service design tools. This role ensures a strong, consistent brand presence across channels while working efficiently within established service levels and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, update, and enforce stand-out brand guidelines to maintain consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Administer, support, and improve self-service design tools to enhance user (marketing, HR, mainly) enablement and efficiency.
  • Oversee the external design platform, ensuring top performance, adherence to the service level agreement, and budget compliance.
  • Monitor and assess platform analytics, user feedback, and system performance to drive ongoing improvements.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely updates and brand compliance.
  • Manage and continuously optimize all digital brand assets and tools, ensuring they are current, accessible, and effective.
  • Provide training and support to employees on brand standards and tool usage.
  • Maintain documentation and processes related to all managed platforms, tools, and brand assets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
  • 4 years of brand management experience, including work with digital assets and design platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience managing service providers and adhering to SLAs and budgets.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience in a multicultural, global corporate environment is preferred.
