Palantir Consultant:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Palantir Consultant for a contract-to-hire opportunity. In this role, you will support clients by designing, building, and deploying Palantir-based solutions to drive data-driven decision-making and operational improvements. The ideal candidate blends business analysis and technical expertise, with direct experience working with the Palantir Foundry or Gotham platforms. Key Responsibilities Solution Development: Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines, analytical workflows, and operational applications using Palantir Foundry or Gotham platforms. Client Engagement: Work directly with clients to elicit requirements, conduct data discovery, and translate business objectives into technical solutions within Palantir. Data Integration: Develop data connectors and transformation pipelines to integrate disparate data sources, ensuring high data quality and performance. Analytics Enablement: Build and optimize dashboards, reports, and analytic tools tailored to user needs to facilitate insight generation and data-driven actions. User Training & Support: Conduct user workshops and training sessions; provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for deployed Palantir applications. Continuous Improvement: Recommend and implement improvements to enhance system scalability, performance, and business impact. Documentation: Prepare design documents, technical workflows, and user guides to ensure high-quality project deliverables. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. 4+ years’ hands-on experience building solutions with Palantir Foundry or Gotham, including application design and data integration. Proficient in SQL, Python, and/or Java with experience working in data-rich environments. Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and analytics methodologies. Demonstrated ability to work with business users, understand requirements, and deliver effective technical solutions. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus. Preferred Skills & Certifications: Palantir Foundry or Gotham certifications. Prior experience in consulting or client-facing technical roles. Exposure to data governance, data security, and privacy best practices.
