Must have hands-on experience in managing complete interior fit-out projects , including electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, flooring, partition, carpentry, painting, and finishing works. Handle and coordinate MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) Contracts effectively. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and engineers to ensure compliance with design specifications and building codes. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety norms. Experience working in/with a PMC (Project Management Consultancy) environment will be preferred. Ability to interpret architectural and MEP drawings for high-end interior projects. Prepare and present construction schedules, site reports, and progress updates. Identify and resolve unexpected technical issues during project execution. Conducting on site Investigations and analyzing data. Ensure quality control: monitor materials and workmanship against approved standards and specs. Plan and manage all stages of the construction lifecycle including manpower, material, and machinery. Provide on-site technical guidance and problem-solving support. Supervise contractors and labor to maintain workflow efficiency. Conduct risk assessments and enforce safety protocols on-site. Maintain detailed project documentation for compliance and reporting. Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of civil engineering concepts, construction methods, and architectural standards. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., AutoCAD). Hands-on experience in MEP coordination and site management. Strong analytical and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Strong understanding of architectural drawings .
