Site Supervisor (Civil)

Key Responsibilities:1. Finishing Work Supervision

• Supervise and monitor all finishing activities such as plastering, painting, tiling, false ceiling, carpentry, waterproofing, flooring, doors/windows installation, etc.
• Ensure work quality as per drawings, BOQ, and specifications.
• Check and verify levels, alignment, and workmanship.
• Coordinate with contractors and labour teams for daily work progress.

2. Quality Control

• Inspect materials and ensure they meet project standards.
• Conduct quality checks during and after execution.
• Identify defects and ensure timely rectification.

3. Coordination

• Coordinate with Project Engineer, Site Engineer, MEP teams, and subcontractors.
• Ensure timely availability of materials and resources.
• Attend site meetings and update daily progress.

4. Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare and maintain daily progress reports (DPR).
• Maintain checklists for finishing works.
• Assist in preparing snag lists / punch lists.
• Record completed work for billing and measurements.

5. Safety Compliance

• Ensure workers follow safety rules, PPE usage, and site protocols.
• Report unsafe practices and ensure corrective action.

6. Project Handover Activities

• Assist in preparing snag list, rectification, and final finishing.
• Ensure completion of all pending works before client inspection.
• Coordinate with quality team for final checks.
• Support in preparing handover documents, including:
• Quality checklists
• Material warranties
• As-built drawings support
• Service manuals (if required)

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:
