Paid Performance Marketing Specialist

Technomine is seeking a results-driven Paid Ads Executive to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta, Google, and Amazon for UK, USA, Canada and Australia based locations for generating Calls for Holiday Packages & Flights.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Amazon, and other platforms
• Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and develop compelling ad copy
• Monitor daily performance and make real-time optimizations to meet KPI targets
• Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights through detailed reporting
• Manage advertising budgets and forecast allocation across channels
• Collaborate with creative and development teams on ad assets and landing pages

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of hands-on paid advertising experience managing $10,000 - $ 25,000+ monthly spend
• Expert knowledge of Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics and Excel
• Experience with conversion tracking, attribution models, and A/B testing
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to manage co-ordination
• Self-motivated with data-driven approach to optimization

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
• Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications
• Experience with LinkedIn Ads, e-commerce campaigns, and marketing automation platforms
• Basic HTML/CSS and SQL knowledge
