Job Summary:
The Paid Media Specialist will focus on managing and optimizing B2B paid media campaigns, with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn advertising. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in running successful LinkedIn Ad campaigns and driving B2B marketing strategies. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills and the ability to deliver results through targeted media strategies.
Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Execution:Develop and implement paid media strategies specifically for LinkedIn and other B2B platforms.Create, launch, and manage LinkedIn advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Content, Sponsored InMail, and Text Ads.Design and execute targeted B2B campaigns to generate leads, drive engagement, and enhance brand visibility.Optimization & Analysis:Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as CTR, CPC, CPL, and ROI, to optimize campaigns for maximum effectiveness.Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, targeting parameters, and landing pages to improve campaign performance.Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to clients and internal teams.Budget Management:Manage media budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to budget constraints.Track and report on spend and performance, making necessary adjustments to achieve campaign goals.
Client & Internal Collaboration:
Work closely with account managers, creative teams, and data analysts to ensure alignment of media strategies with client objectives.Communicate campaign progress, insights, and recommendations to clients, providing exceptional client service and support.
Industry Trends & Best Practices:
Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in B2B digital marketing and LinkedIn advertising.Apply industry knowledge to drive innovative strategies and keep clients ahead of their competition.Industry Knowledge:Stay current with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and paid media.Apply industry insights to develop innovative strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
4 + years of experience in a paid media role within an advertising agency, with a strong focus on LinkedIn and B2B advertising. Proven expertise in managing and optimizing LinkedIn advertising campaigns, including familiarity with LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Strong analytical skills with experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, or similar platforms. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data and strategies clearly and effectively. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously, with a keen attention to detail. Knowledge & experience of LinkedIn & B2B digital marketing strategies and platforms & experience handling B2B Campaigns is a MUST.
