Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Lead Creatives and Content Marketing to head our creative and content teams.
This role will shape Growth School s brand voice, drive storytelling across channels, and deliver impactful campaigns that boost user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Leadership

  • Develop and execute a holistic creative strategy aligned with Growth School s brand vision and business goals.

  • Lead, inspire, and manage a multidisciplinary team of designers, copywriters, video editors, and content strategists.

  • Oversee the creation of high-impact marketing assets videos, landing pages, social media content, ads, email campaigns, etc.

Content Marketing Strategy

  • Own the end-to-end content marketing strategy for user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

  • Create compelling narratives around Growth School s offerings, learner success stories, and industry insights.

  • Plan and execute content calendars across blogs, newsletters, social media, and thought leadership initiatives.

Brand Building

  • Ensure brand consistency and creative quality across all touchpoints.

  • Collaborate with product, growth, and community teams to amplify brand messaging and user experience.

Performance & Analytics

  • Define and track KPIs for creative and content initiatives (traffic, engagement, conversion, brand recall, etc.).

  • Leverage data-driven insights to optimize creative strategies for maximum impact.

Innovation & Trends

  • Stay updated on trends in ed-tech, content marketing, and digital storytelling.

  • Experiment with new content formats (interactive content, podcasts, webinars, etc.) to engage diverse audiences.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in creative leadership and content marketing, preferably in a high-growth B2C or ed-tech environment.

  • Proven track record of building and scaling creative/content teams and executing successful marketing campaigns.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative direction, brand storytelling, and content innovation.

  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels (social, email, video, SEO, paid media, etc.).

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools.

  • Passion for education, technology, and building impactful brands.
