Performance Marketing Specialist

This is a freelance, fully remote position, working closely with Figmenta’s leadership team, strategists, and creative specialists.

🔹 What You’ll Do

• Take full ownership of

  paid media campaigns

  across platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
• Build, launch, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and hit performance targets.
• Monitor KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and consistently improve outcomes.
• Perform A/B testing on creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies.
• Create and maintain reporting dashboards that highlight insights and actionable improvements.
• Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to align campaigns with broader objectives.
• Use AI tools to support campaign optimization, from audience discovery to creative testing.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven

  hands-on experience managing

  campaigns on at least one of these platforms: Meta, Google, TikTok, or LinkedIn.

• Strong analytical skills, able to interpret data and translate it into tactical improvements.

• Familiarity with tracking and attribution tools (GTM, GA4, Looker Studio, etc.).

• A test-and-learn mindset, eager to experiment and scale what works.

• Ability to work independently, prioritize, and deliver measurable results on time.

• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
