🧠 Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize

  Google Ads

  (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, Shopping)
• Manage and scale

  Meta Ads

  (Facebook & Instagram – Lead Gen, Conversion, Catalog, Retargeting)
• Own

  end-to-end performance marketing strategy

  for assigned accounts
• Drive

  ROAS, CPA, CAC, LTV

  , and revenue growth
• Conduct audience research, funnel mapping, and creative testing
• Collaborate with

  creative, copy, and design teams

  for high-converting ad assets
• Implement

  A/B testing

  on creatives, copies, landing pages, and audiences
• Track performance using

  GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel

  , and analytics tools
• Prepare

  performance reports, insights, and optimization plans

  for clients
• Stay updated with platform changes, algorithm updates, and new ad formats
• Handle

  client communication

  , strategy calls, and performance reviews

🛠️ Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in

  Google Ads & Meta Ads

• Strong understanding of

  performance marketing funnels

• Experience managing

  mid to high-budget ad accounts

• Proven ability to scale campaigns profitably
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making
• Experience with

  GA4, GTM, conversion tracking, pixels

• Knowledge of

  remarketing, lookalike audiences, and attribution models

• Excellent communication and client-handling skills
