Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Paid Media Manager located in West Delhi. The Paid Media Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms to achieve business goals. Key daily tasks include media planning, creating effective media strategies, monitoring campaign performance, maintaining budgets, and analyzing data to improve campaign performance. The role will require close collaboration with internal teams to align campaigns with organizational objectives and brand messaging.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Media Planning and Media Strategy, with a proven ability to create effective and results-driven campaigns
• Proficiency in New Media platforms and familiarity with current trends in digital and traditional media marketing
• Excellent communication and Public Relations skills to work collaboratively within teams and with external stakeholders
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, optimize campaigns, and maximize ROI
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Experience in managing paid media campaigns across multiple channels
