Key Responsibilities: * Plan and implement curriculum and assessments for all grades. * ⁠Lead and mentor teaching staff across departments. * ⁠Monitor student performance and support academic improvement. * ⁠Coordinate exams, timetables, and academic events. * ⁠Ensure compliance with board regulations and NEP guidelines. * ⁠Conduct teacher training and classroom observations. * ⁠Engage with parents and address academic concerns.
