Paid Media Strategist


What ll you do

Paid Media Strategy Development

Develop and execute strategic paid media plans tailored to client objectives across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook/Meta, and other platforms.

Analyze performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities to refine strategies and improve ROI.

Oversee the lifecycle of campaigns, from ideation and setup to monitoring and optimization.


Client Collaboration Consultation

Partner with clients to understand business goals, challenges, and target audiences.

Provide strategic recommendations to optimize campaign performance and achieve business KPIs.

Present detailed performance reports and insights, highlighting campaign success and areas for improvement.


Performance Optimization

Conduct deep-dive analysis of campaign performance, including audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and creative effectiveness.

Test innovative approaches such as new ad formats, placements, and audience targeting techniques.

Implement data-driven optimizations to maximize lead quality, minimize CAC, and enhance overall ROI.


What We re Looking For

Experience Expertise

  • 5+ years in performance marketing, preferably in SaaS.
  • Expertise in managing multi-channel campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook/Meta, and more. Programmatic experience is a bonus.
  • Proven ability to drive measurable results, including leads, MQLs, and improved conversion rates.
