Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive paid marketing strategies across platforms including Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
  • Drive scalable growth in eCommerce sales through performance marketing campaigns focused on acquisition, retargeting, and conversion optimization.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, LTV) to optimize spend and maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate closely with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives and landing pages optimized for conversion.
  • Conduct A/B testing for ad copy, creatives, audience segments, and bidding strategies to continually improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage monthly paid media budgets, forecasting spend and ensuring optimal allocation across channels.
  • Utilize advanced analytics tools and eCommerce platforms (Google Analytics, Shopify, Magento, etc.) to track user behavior's and attribution.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and eCommerce.
  • Lead, mentor, and collaborate with junior marketing team members and external agencies.
  • Provide regular reports and actionable insights to senior management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 5-8 years of experience managing paid marketing campaigns specifically in the eCommerce domain.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant ad platforms.
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics and KPIs, with a proven track record of delivering profitable campaigns.
  • Experience with eCommerce platforms and integrating paid campaigns with sales funnels.
  • Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of SEO, CRO, and email marketing is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
