Packing Assistant

Key Responsibilities:Product Packing: Accurately pack products into boxes, ensuring safe and secure placement to prevent damage during shipment. Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining an organized packing area by keeping track of stock levels and ensuring the correct products are packed. Quality Control: Inspect products before packing to ensure they are free from defects, and verify product details against order information. Labeling & Documentation: Affix labels and shipping information to packages, ensuring proper documentation accompanies each shipment. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure the timely fulfillment of orders and meet production deadlines. Safety & Compliance: Follow safety guidelines and proper lifting techniques while handling products, and ensure compliance with workplace policies and regulations. Maintain Clean Workspace: Keep the packing area clean and organized to ensure an efficient workflow. Problem Resolution: Report any packaging discrepancies or product defects to the supervisor and collaborate on resolving any issues. Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in a warehouse, packing, or similar role preferred. Ability to lift and move boxes, typically up to [insert weight limit] pounds.
