This role involves handling customer inquiries, processing sales orders, generating invoices, maintaining accurate billing records, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and payment collection. Key Responsibilities:Sales Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries and provide product/service information. Prepare quotations, sales orders, and follow up on leads and prospects. Maintain and update customer databases and sales records. Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery of goods/services. Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports. Billing & Accounts Responsibilities: Generate and issue accurate sales invoices in the accounting system (e.g., Tally, SAP, ERP, etc.). Verify sales orders, purchase orders, and delivery challans before billing. Handle GST entries, tax calculations, and ensure compliance with company policies. Maintain records of payments received and pending invoices. Coordinate with the accounts department for payment follow-ups and reconciliation. Assist in preparing financial reports related to billing and collections.
