Packaging Operator

Job Title: Packing Operator Company: Inherbz Health Care Location: Nettoor North, Ernakulam, Kerala Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) Job Summary: Inherbz Health Care is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packing Operator to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling the packing and dispatch preparation of online orders received through platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and our official company website. This role includes monitoring payment deposits, coordinating with distributors regarding stock inquiries, and maintaining accurate daily reports. Key Responsibilities: Process daily orders from Amazon, Flipkart, and the company’s official website. Pack products accurately and efficiently as per the standard operating procedures. Prepare packed orders for dispatch and hand over to the logistics team or courier partners. Cross-check payment confirmations and ensure bank deposits are verified before shipping. Communicate with company distributors to respond to stock availability inquiries. Maintain daily documentation and reports of: Orders processed and shipped Stock movement Payment deposit confirmations Distributor stock requests Ensure product packaging meets company quality and safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area. Report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor promptly. Qualifications: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in packing or warehouse operations preferred. Basic computer knowledge for data entry and order tracking. Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under deadlines. Good communication and coordination skills.
