Job Description

Job Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily packaging lines and ensure adherence to quality standards
Plan and execute daily and weekly dispatch schedules
Coordinate with sales, production, logistics, and QC teams for timely dispatch
Purchase and arrange packaging materials such as tins, cartons, labels, and pouches
Maintain stock registers and ensure minimum inventory levels
Monitor and reduce wastage while improving packaging efficiency
Conduct packaging checks in coordination with QC
Supervise, guide, and train packaging staff

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in packaging or production operations (FMCG/Oil industry preferred)
Strong knowledge of inventory control and vendor management
Good organizational, coordination, and team-handling skills
Understanding of SOPs, safety norms, and quality standards
