Job Description – Packaging & Logistics Executive

Position Overview

Job Type: Full-time

Office Timing: 10 am to 8 pm

Experience: Packaging and Logistics (Only E commerce ) or Retail Industry : Minimum 3 years (Preferred) Fresher not allowed

Age Limit :- Above 24 yrs Married

Location -South Delhi with in 10 km.

Office Location - Current South Extension Part 1 later will be Saket

Good Knowledge of Google Sheets,Shopify Software.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily packaging of online orders ensuring accuracy, speed, and quality.
• Manage order processing through Shopify dashboard and update order status.
• Coordinate with courier/logistics partners for pickup, tracking, and timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, dispatched orders, and returns using Google Sheets.
• Monitor packaging material stock and raise requirements on time.
• Ensure products are packaged as per brand standards to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and manage reverse logistics (returns/exchanges).
• Support warehouse/inventory team in stock audits and reconciliations.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on dispatches, pending orders, and logistics performance.
• Work closely with the e-commerce team to improve efficiency in order fulfillment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in packaging, logistics, or e-commerce order fulfillment.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify (order management, processing).
• Strong skills in Google Sheets / MS Excel (reports, tracking, inventory updates).
• Good knowledge of courier/logistics operations and tracking systems.
• Physically active and able to manage warehouse/packaging tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet dispatch deadlines.
