Job Description

Certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF EC) with at least 3 end-to-end successful implementations as a team lead
Hands-on experience configuring Employee Central module, including Custom Objects, Role-Based Permissions (RBP), MDF, Foundation Objects, Associations, Business Rules, Workflows, and Report Center (Canvas/Advanced reports)
Translate business requirements into system configuration and create solution designs following best practices
Configure and manage EC Benefits (Insurance, Pension, Allowances, Reimbursements)
Lead business process design workshops
Prepare documentation, training materials, and conduct SF training for key users
Understand and configure SF Security framework and authorizations
Manage all Data Models and have strong XML knowledge
Perform cutover activities and provide hyper-care/post-go-live support
Prepare and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts

Required education

Bachelor's Degree

Preferred education

Master's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise

Certified in SF EC with a valid Delta certification
12+ years of strong experience in SF EC, including RBP and Benefits

Preferred technical and professional experience

Exposure to SF Time Off
Experience in interfaces and major HR transformation programs
