Description
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and prioritize product features based on business requirements.Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Identify and document project requirements, risks, and assumptions. Backlog Management Owns the teams backlog and its Stories, its prioritization and health (the quality and readiness of stories)Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals. Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis. Ensure resource availability and allocation. Owns their teams Agile ceremonies (start, stop, continue), such as teamsevents, backlog refinement, system demos, and other team events. Communiation Establish and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and third-party vendors. Communicate project status, issues, and successes to stakeholders through regular reports and meetings. Facilitate stakeholder engagement and ensure their expectations are managed and met. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Software or other Technical degree (STEM). 5- 10 years of experience Agile Certifications (ie, CSM, CSPO, APM, SSM) PMP/PRINCE 2 certification KNOWLEDGE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS In flight entertainment preferred Ideally a developer grown into project manager with excellent project management skills Understands UX/UI components, wire-framing elements and design. Excellent verbal/written communication skills and presenting ideas in group setting. Prior experience with Atlassian products including JIRA and Confluence Understanding of agile methodologies. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and adapt to changing priorities. Ability to navigate and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
