Having 5+ years of experience handling Maruti as client. Having experience in Sheet Metal. Responsibilities- Conduct Project Feasibility Studies to assess viability. Oversee Factory Automation & Parts Localization efforts. Develop and manage Timeline Plans & Project Management strategies. Prepare and review RFQs, ensuring accurate Project & Process Costing. Lead APQP, PFMEA, and PPAP Kick-off processes. Set up New Production Lines and ensure proper Line Balancing. Design for Assembly, Robotic Welding, Spot Welding, MIG Welding. Develop Jigs, Fixtures, SPMs, and Press Machines (DAPs). Conduct Technical Reviews & Specification Meetings with customers. Drive Cost Reduction, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement initiatives. Execute Process Development & Validation tasks. Prepare Departmental Budgets and ensure financial efficiency. Review and implement Drawing Standards. Manage QCD, CAPA, COQ, TGR/TGW initiatives. Perform Data Analysis & Root Cause Analysis to resolve production issues. Oversee ECN/PCN Management and ensure compliance. Manage PPAP, System, and IATF Audits. Handle customer relations with MSIL, HCIL, Toyota, Isuzu, and others. Apply knowledge in Assembly, Press Parts, Molding, Welding, and SPMs. Supervise Maintenance Activities including MTTR, MTBF, PM Plans, and Preventive Maintenance. Necessary Skill / Experience Technical Skills Extensive experience in automotive manufacturing and engineering. Strong expertise in production process optimization and automation. Familiarity with audit responsibilities and regulatory compliance. Proficiency in mechanical processes, tool design, and maintenance strategies.
