Job Description

Key Responsibilities Administrative Support: Managing the Director's calendar, scheduling appointments, preparing and organizing documents, reports, and presentations.  Correspondence: Screening and responding to emails and phone calls on behalf of the Director.  Travel Coordination: Arranging travel, accommodations, and itineraries for business trips.  Meeting Coordination: Preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items from meetings.  Stakeholder Liaison: Acting as a liaison and point of contact between the Director's office and internal teams, clients, and external partners.  Research & Analysis: Conducting research and compiling information for decision-making processes.  Project Support: Assisting with the coordination and tracking of projects and initiatives.  Key Skills and Qualifications Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with various individuals and departments.  Organization & Time Management: Strong ability to manage a busy schedule, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.  Discretion & Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with utmost professionalism and discretion.  Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in standard office software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).  Proactive & Initiative-Taking: A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.  Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with all levels of staff and external contacts.
