Roles And Responsibilities

17 to 20 years� experience in procure to pay Delivery ,solution & transformation lead to drive process excellence, digital enablement, and operational transformation for our client engagements.This role will combine deep functional P2P expertise with change management skills to deliver value through process re-engineering, automation, and strategic sourcing support in an outsourced delivery environment.Partner with clients to assess current-state P2P processes and identify improvement opportunitiesDesign end to end P2P process solutions aligned with best practices, compliance requirements, and client objectivesLeverage automation, AI, and workflow tools to enhance efficiency and controlLead transformation programs from discovery to execution ensuring smooth migration of P2P processes to the outsourced delivery modelDrive standardization, global template deployment, and policy compliance across client locationsWork closely with offshore and onshore delivery teams to optimize turnaround times, improve supplier management, and ensure invoice/payment accuracyServe as the primary point of contact for client process owners and procurement leadership.Conduct regular business reviews, presenting operational insights and transformation progress.Build trusted advisor relationships by aligning outsourcing capabilities with the client�s strategic goals.Flexible with shifts
