Job Description

You will be joining a worldwide leader in Media & Entertainment based in Orlando, US. The company creates, distributes, markets, and licenses various forms of entertainment globally. As part of your role, you will ensure the accuracy of Financials for R2R/A2R/Tax processes at the delivery center and interact directly with customers for financial reporting. Key Responsibilities: - Review existing control mechanisms and identify improved controls for ensuring quality output to clients - Manage delivery, client satisfaction, and client relationships at a delivery level - Develop account business plans and strategies - Ensure financial performance and compliance with contracts - Act as a single point of contact for client organizations in resolving delivery-related issues - Collaborate with Practice teams to implement best practices in People, Process, Technology, and Controls - Work on Transformation & Innovation projects, drive RPA Adoption, and implement relevant Technology platforms - Manage contractual re-negotiations while maintaining customer satisfaction - Oversee talent pipeline within the team to ensure organizational resilience - Support Account Development initiatives Qualifications Required: - M.Com/ MBA/ CMA/ CA with 15+ years of experience in OTC and PTP - Experience in managing teams of 200+ people across multiple geographies - Proficiency in SAP S4 Hana and tools like Highradius and Xelix - Experience in driving transformation in OTC and PTP processes leading to high value savings - Strong understanding of business metrics in PTP and OTC processes and experience in enhancing them - Experience in process standardization and deriving efficiencies, acting as a Process Champion during system implementations - Excellent communication, client management, and internal stakeholder management skills - Strong quality audit/review skills and analytical/problem-solving abilities - Critical thinking skills and proficiency in speaking with Senior Management teams - Flexibility in work content, timings, and location - Proficiency in desktop and workflow management tools,
