P2P for Finished Goods

You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, specifically in finish products on P2P and loan license, as well as raw material procurement. Your role will involve procurement and replenishment of materials at the right time and price, requiring excellent analytical abilities, strong project management skills, and strong interpersonal skills. Your responsibilities will include gathering and analyzing data, working with figures, placing purchase orders, and ensuring effective follow-ups for supply. You will need to coordinate effectively with internal departments on all commercial and technical aspects related to procurement. Forecasting price and market trends to identify changes in buyer-supplier power will also be a part of your role. You should possess negotiation skills, networking abilities, and the capacity to assess, manage, and mitigate risks. Additionally, you will collaborate with multiple teams to determine proposal requirements, ensure projects stay within budget and timeframe, and negotiate alterations with vendors for contracts. Determining the quantity and timing of deliveries will also be crucial. Experience with vendor management software, SAP, proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, and the ability to develop, lead, and execute purchase strategies are required. Your role will also involve raw material procurement, new vendor development, sourcing, vendor management, and supporting new product launches. Finally, you should demonstrate negotiation skills, agility, a high sense of ownership, integrity, and a results-driven approach.,
