Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Delhi, India, for the position of Owner at Mindsure Media. The role involves overseeing the strategic and operational aspects of the business, ensuring successful development and execution of advertising campaigns, and managing relationships with clients and partners. Responsibilities include team leadership, product innovation, client acquisition, and driving overall growth in line with the company vision.

Qualifications

• Strategic planning, leadership, and team management skills
• Experience with advertising platforms such as Native, Programmatic, Search, Display, and Gaming
• Understanding of Brand Engagement and Performance Marketing dynamics
• Proficiency in analyzing audience behavior and creating tailored engagement strategies
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
• Familiarity with proprietary platforms like M-GDP, MAP, or similar technologies in the media domain
• Proven entrepreneurial mindset and ability to drive business growth
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
