Job Overview

Overseas Recruitment Processing Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • documentation for overseas placements

  • Liaise with candidates, embassies, consulates, and external agencies to ensure timely completion of formalities.

  • Verify educational, employment, and legal documents to ensure compliance with host country regulations.

  • accurate trackers and reports

  • medical tests, background checks, and ticketing

  • Communicate with overseas clients and recruitment partners for updates on requirements and approvals.

  • Ensure compliance with Indian and international labour laws and recruitment regulations.

  • Support recruiters with onboarding and joining formalities for selected candidates.


Requirements
  • Graduate or Diploma holder in any discipline (HR/Business preferred).

  • 2–4 years’ experience

  • Strong knowledge of visa processes, medical, emigration, and documentation for Middle East / overseas placements.

  • Excellent coordination and follow-up skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and email communication.

  • Good written & verbal communication in English and Hindi (Arabic is a plus).

  • Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
