Job Title: MIS Senior Executive Business Analyst & HR General Administration

Role Overview

The MIS Executive will play a dual role primarily supporting data-driven decision-making and business analytics (70%), while also assisting with HR general administration (30%). 

The role requires strong analytical acumen, reporting proficiency, and the ability to support HR operations efficiently in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

A. Business Analyst (70%) – MIS & Analytics

  • Develop, automate, and maintain MIS dashboards, KPI reports, and business performance trackers for Overseas HR and Operations.
  • Conduct data analysis and interpretation to support with insights, trends, and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and define reporting and analytical requirements.
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly business review presentations and support leadership with ad hoc analytical requests.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems and reports.
  • Partner with teams to streamline data extraction, integration, and visualization processes (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Excel dashboards).
  • Support budgeting, manpower planning, and productivity tracking through analytics.
  • Generate insights from HR metrics such as attrition, manpower cost, attendance, and performance indicators.

B. HR General Administration (30%)

  • Assist HR team in employee data management, onboarding/offboarding documentation, and record maintenance.
  • Coordinate with Regional HR SPOC for attendance, leave records, and related compliance tracking.
  • Support employee engagement, HR communications, and survey reporting.
  • Maintain and update HR databases, trackers, and employee files.
  • Assist in vendor coordination, stationery/inventory management, and general administrative support.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and ensure documentation of HR/administrative SOPs.

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Statistics / Economics / Business Administration.
  • Postgraduate Diploma or MBA (preferred) in Business Analytics / HR / Operations Management.

Experience

  • 3–6 years of experience in MIS, analytics, or business support roles.
  • Exposure to HR operations or general administration will be an advantage.

Key Deliverables

  • Monthly MIS dashboards and analytics reports (HR & Business).
  • Quarterly business performance reports with insights and trends.
  • HR data accuracy and process support efficiency.
  • Administrative and compliance support within defined timelines.

Reporting Relationships

  • Functional Reporting To: Head – HR / Business Operations
  • Working Relations With: Regional HR SPOC

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced), PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (Power BI / Tableau preferred).
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good understanding of HR processes, payroll inputs, and administrative workflows.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills across departments.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

       Business Analysis with hands-on working on MS Excel, Visual Basic
