Roles And Responsibilities

• Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and select outsourcing vendors;
  

• Project Management: Oversee and manage outsourced projects, ensuring timely
  

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors
  

• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with outsourcing,
  

• Cost Management: Monitor and control outsourcing costs, identifying
  

• Quality Management: Establish and maintain quality control processes to ensure
  

• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and contract

• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
• Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate favourable contract terms with vendors.
• Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, track progress, and identify potential issues.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues related to outsourcing.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvement.
• Knowledge of Outsourcing Practices and Regulations: Understanding of outsourcing models, contract law, and relevant industry regulations.
• Experience in Vendor Management: Experience in selecting, managing, and evaluating vendors.
