Job Description: As an Outside Sales Manager, you will be leading a team of sales representatives who actively engage with clients outside the office, driving revenue growth through the development and execution of effective sales strategies. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the success of the sales team by providing guidance, support, and motivation.
