Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Lead to join one of our client. This role involves identifying potential clients, conducting site visits, presenting tailored solutions, and closing deals through in-person interactions. You will play a crucial role in driving the company’s growth by connecting high-quality architectural and construction solutions with discerning clients. Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction sector (e.g., general contractors, developers, property managers, architects) Conduct site visits and in-person meetings with prospects to assess their needs and present tailored offerings Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals based on client requirements Negotiate contract terms and close deals either on-site or via timely follow-ups Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals Track all sales activities and client interactions using Google Sheets and maintain accurate pipeline reports Collaborate with internal teams (estimating, project management, operations) to ensure smooth handover and project delivery aligned with client expectations Qualifications 3+ years of outside sales experience in construction, architecture, or a related industry Proven ability to close deals through face-to-face interaction Strong understanding of construction and architectural services Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills High level of self-motivation and result orientation Comfortable working with Google Sheets for tracking sales metrics Show more Show less
