Role Overview:

We are looking for motivated interns who are excited to grow a career in business development or partnerships. As an Outreach & Partnership Intern, you will be responsible for identifying potential client companies, initiating contact, and scheduling meetings with decision-makers to introduce our hiring + training program.

Roles & responsibilities:

• Research and identify target companies across SaaS, EdTech, FinTech, BPOs, etc.
• Find decision-makers (Founders, CXOs, HR Heads) via LinkedIn and online tools
• Reach out through email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp with personalized messaging
• Follow up on cold/warm leads and track response status
• Schedule discovery calls or demos
• Maintain and update CRM or tracking sheets regularly

Requirements:

• Strong communication and written skills
• Enthusiastic, target-driven, and self-motivated
• Comfort with tools like LinkedIn, Google Sheets, and CRM platforms (training provided)
• Ability to follow structured outreach processes
• A keen interest in B2B sales, startups, and the future of work
• 6 Days working with at least 6-7 hours everyday
