Outreach & Partnerships Intern (Remote, India)Role & Responsibilities
- Plan and execute targeted outreach campaigns to creators, micro-influencers, bloggers, and potential brand partners across email, LinkedIn, and social platforms.
- Manage incoming partnership requests and maintain a clean CRM/Airtable with prospect status, follow-ups, and content briefs.
- Coordinate collaboration logistics—sample dispatch, content deadlines, usage rights, and performance expectations—with creative and logistics teams.
- Qualify and onboard micro-influencers for product seeding and affiliate programs; negotiate basic terms and track deliverables.
- Track campaign performance (engagement, reach, conversions) and prepare concise weekly reports with insights and optimization recommendations.
- Support community initiatives and earned-media outreach to grow brand advocates and referral channels.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a relevant program with 0–2 years internship/work experience in marketing, outreach, or partnerships.
- Excellent written communication and outreach copywriting skills tailored to creators and brands.
- Hands-on experience with CRM or tracking tools (Airtable, Google Sheets, HubSpot) and disciplined follow-up practices.
- Familiarity with social platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Reels/TikTok) and influencer content formats.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple outreach threads simultaneously.
Preferred
- Prior exposure to influencer marketing, affiliate programs, or retail/e-commerce operations.
- Basic analytics skills (campaign KPIs, UTM tracking) and comfort preparing executive-ready performance summaries.
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach tools or Sales Navigator and cold-email sequencing.
