Key Responsibilities:

• Open the outlet daily, manage keys, and oversee the POS system for daily sales & petty cash reports
• Allocate and update staff duties & rosters
• Monitor menu availability, inventory levels, and kitchen capacity
• Oversee delivery bike maintenance schedules & checklists
• Conduct staff briefings and ensure proper cash handling (higher payments require Purchase Manager approval)
• Manage vendor payments & compliance with statutory bills
• Ensure strict adherence to operating procedures and report any deviations immediately

• Strong leadership & organisational skills
• Attention to detail and a commitment to high service standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities
• Proven experience in outlet/restaurant management preferred
