Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as an Outlet Manager in Destination Hotels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing outlets and leading teams, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily operations of the outlet, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Lead and motivate a team of staff members to achieve sales targets and improve performance.
Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
