ZILLI – JOB DESCRIPTION (QSR RESTAURANT) Brand: ZILLI – Juicy Chicken Style: Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) --- 1️⃣ POSITION: STORE MANAGER Responsibilities Handle daily operations and ensure smooth outlet running Maintain product quality, portion control & hygiene standards Manage staff scheduling, attendance & performance Coordinate with Swiggy/Zomato & resolve order issues Maintain inventory: chicken, masala, rotis, dips, packaging Manage cash, online payments & daily sales report Customer handling during rush hours Ensure brand rules: uniform, cleanliness, behaviour Report daily KPIs to owner (sales, waste, complaints) Requirements Minimum 0–2 years QSR/restaurant experience Strong leadership, communication & multitasking skills Knowledge of online orders, billing software Basic English + Hindi/local language Age 18–40 preferred zillimaryamfoodsllp@gmail.com 7338299614
