Job Description

Job Description: As a Telesales Executive in Chennai, your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to leads and offer products to customers. You will need to update relevant details in the Call Disposition Comments after each call and follow up with enquiries that are not converted. Meeting daily talk time and revenue targets, as well as maintaining documentation, are crucial aspects of your role. Please note that cab facility is not provided for this full-time position. Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to leads and offer products to customers - Update Call Disposition Comments with relevant details after each call - Follow up with enquiries that are not converted - Update follow-up details in the system - Meet daily talk time targets and number of calls - Achieve revenue targets and lead to conversion ratios - Attend periodic evaluations - Maintain all documentation related to the responsibilities Qualifications Required: - 0.6 to 3 years of relevant experience in Sales or Telesales (Fresher can apply if 2024 pass out) - Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills - Effective verbal and written communication skills - Clear diction and clarity in speech - Minimum qualification of Higher Secondary (12th pass),
