Job Description

As a Customer Care Executive at Silvermine Group, your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to clients to address their needs, complaints, or any other issues related to the products or services offered by the company. You will be expected to respond efficiently and accurately to clients, explaining possible solutions and ensuring they feel supported and valued. Building lasting relationships with clients and other call center team members will be crucial, based on trust and reliability. Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately is essential to excel in this role. Your goal will be to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent and consistent customer service. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating customer information in the database, escalating calls to supervisors when necessary, making outbound calls to prospective clients, and converting them into customers. Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to clients to address their needs, complaints, or issues with products or services - Respond efficiently and accurately to clients, explaining possible solutions - Build lasting relationships with clients and call center team members - Utilize software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately - Meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent customer service - Maintain and update customer information in the database - Escalate calls to supervisors when necessary - Make outbound calls to prospective clients and convert them into customers - Ensure zero compliance issues in terms of call quality Qualifications Required: - Graduate or Diploma holder in any field - Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound calling - Excellent verbal communication skills - Team player with attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal & written communication skills - Proficiency with computers, especially CRM software, and strong typing skills - Strong time management and decision-making skills - Adaptability and accountability - Organizational skills including the ability to multitask, set priorities, and follow up promptly - Flexibility with night shifts - Positive attitude and proactive approach If you are interested in applying for this position, you can send your application to careers@silverminegroup.com.
