About the Role


We’re looking for a motivated Outreach & Operations Intern to join our team and help execute day-to-day agency operations while running hyper-personalized outbound campaigns for recently funded AI and SaaS startups.


This role blends outbound marketing, automation, and operational execution. You’ll learn how to identify qualified leads, build personalized campaigns, manage client operations, and use automation tools to optimize agency workflows.


Key Responsibilities


  • Execute omnichannel outreach across LinkedIn, email, and niche online communities (Slack, Reddit, Quora).
  • Research and segment leads — especially recently funded startups in tech and AI.
  • Write short, personalized outreach messages and assist with campaign copy.
  • Support daily agency operations: manage project trackers, client deliverables, and timelines.
  • Use automation and AI tools (Zapier, Notion, n8n, etc.) to streamline workflows.
  • Collaborate with the team on marketing campaigns, content calendars, and growth strategies.
  • Explore new platforms, tools, and growth loops to improve outreach performance.

  • Familiarity with tools like Apollo, Instantly, Clay, or Sales Navigator.
  • Experience with scraping, data enrichment, or workflow automation.
  • Interest in AI, SaaS, or B2B marketing.
  • Prior exposure to outbound or marketing execution roles.
