Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and results-driven Outbound Calling Agents to join our dynamic NBFC team. In this role, you will engage with potential and existing customers to promote our diverse range of financial products and services while driving meaningful customer interactions and fostering long-term relationships

Role & responsibilities

  • Building, developing, and managing a client portfolio, maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients to identify new business opportunities.
  • Proactively generate leads and engage potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and in-person meetings. Effectively present customized financial solutions across a range of products, including Personal Loans, Business Loans, Loans Against Shares, Loans Against Property, Insurance, Credit Cards, Home Loans, and Education Loan
  • Presenting our products or services to clients and clearly articulating their value to close sales and secure long-term contracts.
  • Collaborating with internal departments, including Marketing and Customer Support, to ensure client satisfaction and seamless integration of client feedback.
  • Keeping accurate and detailed records of sales activities, pipelines, and performance metrics in our CRM system, ensuring up-to-date and accessible information.
  • Staying informed on industry trends, product updates, and competitor activities to effectively position in the market and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues when necessary.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Location: Whitefield, Bengaluru

    (Candidates within 5km to 15 km in radius of Whitefield should only apply)

    . No relocation assistance
  • Fluency inEnglish and Hindi is a Mandate

    . Other regional languages is an added advantage
  • Minimum CIBIL score of 650 is a Mandate

    . Candidate must be willing to provide a copy of CIBIL score during pre-screening stage. Only candidates who meet this criteria will be considered and taken forward to the interview process
  • Minimum 9 months of proven Telesales experience as representative or in a similar sale.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect with clients and understand their needs.
  • Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
  • Strong self-motivation and goal-oriented mindset, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability to adjust sales tactics based on client feedback and evolving market demands.

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience in, call centre outbound sales in Banking or Non-Banking sector
