Role Overview: Solenis, a leading global producer of specialty chemicals, is looking for an OTC/SD and STC/CS Consultant to join their team at the Global Excellence Center (GEC) in Hyderabad. As a consultant, you will play a critical role in driving excellence in IT, analytics, finance, and other business functions to support Solenis' global operations. This is a full-time, permanent position with strong career development opportunities in a dynamic work environment. Key Responsibilities: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in supply chain, computer science, or a related field - Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP OTC field with at least 1 End to End SAP OTC implementation - Strong experience in SAP OTC functional areas such as Customer Master, Sales Support, Shipping of Material, Billing, Credit Management, and Contract Handling - Ability to develop and maintain a detailed understanding of business processes and software configuration related to the Order to Cash module - Demonstrated expertise in defining systems strategy, developing requirements, designing, testing, training, and implementing business solutions - Excellent problem-solving skills, logical thinking, and ability to collaborate effectively - Prior experience in Merger and Acquisitions, Upgradations, Rollouts, and Global projects would be advantageous - For CS/STC, expertise in Config in CS module, Corrective Maintenance Service, Preventive Maintenance Service, Resource Related Billing, Service Contract Management, Recurring Services, Service Order Management, and Business Process Requirement Analysis Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in supply chain, computer science, or a related field - Minimum 5 years of post-baccalaureate progressive experience within SAP OTC field - Strong experience in SAP OTC implementation and functional or techno-functional consulting - Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently on projects - Cross-functional integration skills with other SAP functional work streams - Prior experience in Merger and Acquisitions, Upgradations, Rollouts, and Global projects would be advantageous Additional Company Details: Solenis is committed to fostering a culture of safety, diversity, and professional growth.
